8-1/2” Washer Head Screws

Introduction: This new accessory has been designed to fit directly over the top of the factory plastic engine

shroud and is not a replacement cover. In order to enjoy this new product you will need to rearrange the main

water hoses so that they will be routed through the front of the engine over to the side of the engine. This

procedure is very simple to do and will provide a much more esthetically pleasing look.

Liner Information: Your new accessories will come to you with a protective surface liner. Leave this liner in

place until the installation is complete to prevent finger prints and or possible scratches during installation.

1. Remove the factory engine shroud by lifting it straight up and off the five mounting studs and pull it

forward to release it. Set the factory shroud atop a work table for its new cover installation.

2. Before you can reinstall the engine shroud once you have installed the new cover onto it you will need

to rearrange the two main water hoses. You will notice the two hoses are attached to the front of the

engine via quick connect clips. Remove the retainer clips and detach the two hoses. Use a couple of

squeeze clamps to seal the fluid from leaking out of the hoses and stop up the two opening at the

engine. You will lose some fluid but generally not enough to be concerned with however you can

certainly top off the water fluid if you like after the installation is complete.
